A Letter From The Founder
The Fourmula Center provides nutrition and fitness assisted addiction and mental health treatment.
As CEO and founder, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to The Fourmula.
If you have made it to our website, you must be feeling concerned for a loved one and are looking for the best possible place to get help for them and for yourself. By contacting us, you have taken the first step on the path leading to making positive life changes and to family recovery.
I can’t say that I have been in your exact position or know what you are feeling. However, I can report with confidence, the fact that, for over 20 years, I have been assisting individuals and families in changing behaviors and developing healthier long term solutions to the problems they struggled with. I am extremely passionate about helping families to understand that everyone plays a role in how the family system functions. Learning that each has a responsibility to do their part to change unhealthy patterns is essential if the family is to grow together and develop the basis for stronger relationships. It will take the entire family’s involvement to get better. The Fourmula was created based on this belief and our staff are dedicated to helping you on your journey as you create your new Fourmula for success.
We work with both adults and adolescents (ages 13 to 17) and our goals are somewhat different with each group. With adolescents, we hope to help them change behavioral and emotional patterns that can prevent them from building a healthy, successful and secure adult life. For our adults, since these patterns are already in place, the work is to substitute new ways of thinking, responding and behaving in order to begin to maximize their potential.
To us, achieving balance in life is crucial for lasting change and continued growth. To do this, attention must be paid to the areas of emotional health, physical health, nutritional health and connectedness in relationships. At the Fourmula, you and your loved one will receive help, education, and direction all in one safe and therapeutic environment. Our motto of Consistency in Actions over Time = Recovery is waiting for you so that we can identify the problem, substitute the new actions and support you as you practice new ways of thinking and behaving.
We hope you will make the Fourmula your start towards a new beginning.
