Robin Guterman, LCSW
Robin Guterman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been specializing in the treatment of individuals, couples and families struggling with mental health issues, personality, behavioral problems and addiction since 1993. Robin graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas-Austin in 1992. In 1994, Robin obtained her Master’s degree from Yeshiva University-Wurzweiller School of Social Work. Robin has worked with diverse populations throughout her career, and her passion is counseling people who are struggling with impulsive-compulsive disorders and family issues.
Since 1996, Robin has worked in both clinical and administrative capacities at some of the most successful residential and outpatient dual-diagnosis treatment centers in the country. Robin has created clinical programs for several treatment programs. Through her years of experience, Robin has adopted a concurrent treatment model as the foundation for The Fourmula, her own outpatient program located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Robin Guterman is licensed in the State of Florida in Clinical Social Work. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, as well as NAADAC. Robin is recognized by Psychology Today as an approved therapist and was recognized as Best Substance Abuse-Family Therapist in Boca Raton by Addiction Professional Magazine in 2013. Robin has received her classroom certification in family-mediation and is certified as a Qualified Supervisor for master’s level interns in the State of Florida. Consistency In Actions Over Time=Recovery is Robin’s patented formula for long-term success in treating mental health and behavioral disorders, and the building block for The Fourmula.

Joan Duncan, MSW
Joan Duncan is originally from New York where she entered the field of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency in 1978. Joan obtained her BA from Hunter College and in 1985 her MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work and was trained in Family Therapy as well. Joan moved to Florida in 1999 and continues her extensive experience in working with adults, adolescents and families in both residential and outpatient settings.
Since 1978, Joan has held a variety of positions at treatment centers throughout the country as a therapist, program director, clinical director, and director of family therapy. Joan was also an associate at The Institute for Counseling and Training for 8 years. Joan strongly believes that when working with teens and adults, family involvement is essential.

Mike Kneuer, CPT, CES, FAS, FNS, NCRAC
Mike Kneuer is a health and fitness professional specializing in weight loss, body transformation, resistance training, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Sport Management from York College of PA in 2005.
Over the last 10 years, Mike has earned numerous honors and certifications, as well as his Pro Card in Natural Men’s Physique. As Director of our Wellness Program, Mike combines motivational fitness coaching, individualized programming, nutrition, and lifestyle management to create a unique plan to fit the specific goals of each client. Mike is passionate about creating positive lifestyle changes that go beyond the walls of the gym.
Mike is also a writer for the National Federation of Professional Trainers educating fitness professionals on how to help their clients achieve maximal results.
