At the Fourmula, we view the body and mind as one and as such, our Wellness Experience offers our clients a unique, holistic approach to change and recovery. To accomplish long-term changes, clients participate in a combination of physical, mental, and nutritional strategies to help them feel and perform their best.
Upon admission, each client is assessed to determine their physical and nutritional needs. A program is specifically designed for each person with both long and short-term goals. Clients will develop awareness through education about the the important connections between food, moods and feelings. Clients will learn how to plan and prepare healthy meals in order to nourish and heal their bodies. Clients will also understand the benefits of good nutrition and exercise in the management of mood shifts including anxiety, anger and depression. Progress, achievements and insights are then discussed in their individual or group therapy sessions.

We offer programs that provide a framework for navigating life’s challenges, while also adapting to the needs of each individual.
